Ying Xue

Abstract

Against the backdrop of the deep transformation of the knowledge production model and the accelerated pace of interdisciplinary
integration, the construction of "new liberal arts" is seen as a strategy to reshape the paradigm of philosophy and social sciences and is profoundly influencing the value orientation and practical path of academic research. The traditional research management system of philosophy
and social sciences based on disciplinary barriers and quantitative indicators has exposed structural contradictions such as insufficient institutional supply and low efficiency in resource allocation in response to the demands of liberal arts construction for interdisciplinary research
collaboration and the transformation of innovative achievements. Based on the connotation of "new liberal arts", this paper explores the optimization path of the research management system of philosophy and social sciences.
