Analysis of Obstacles to Enhancing Digital Literacy of Teachers in Vocational Colleges and Countermeasures

Abstract


Against the backdrop of the accelerating process of digital transformation in education, the improvement of digital literacy among
vocational college teachers has become a key factor influencing the realization of the goal of educational modernization. By applying research
methods such as literature review and logical analysis, and based on the theory of technology acceptance model and the influence of external
variables, the aim is to construct an analytical framework for improving the digital literacy of teachers in vocational colleges and propose
targeted strategies. In view of this, it is proposed to build a hierarchical and classified continuous training system to ensure that teachers can
receive corresponding guidance and support according to their own needs. Optimize the user interface design of digital technology tools to enhance teachers' trust and acceptance of new technologies; Establish and improve the support system, provide necessary hardware facilities and
technical guarantees, and effectively promote the improvement of digital literacy among teachers in vocational colleges.
