Abstract


With the deepening of educational reforms and the rapid development of higher vocational education, the professional growth of
vocational college teachers has become crucial for enhancing educational quality. Distributed Leadership Theory, as an emerging educational
leadership framework, emphasizes the decentralized nature of leadership roles within organizations, offering new perspectives and pathways
for teachers' professional development. This paper explores the application of Distributed Leadership Theory in vocational teacher development, analyzes its impact on professional advancement, and proposes corresponding strategic recommendations.
