Planning Principles and Design Strategies of Green Villages Under the Background of Ecological Civilization

Bo Yuan

Abstract

Against the backdrop of ecological civilization development, green and beautiful village construction has become a crucial initiative
to improve rural living environments and promote sustainable rural development. This paper explores the principles of landscape planning
for green and beautiful villages under the ecological civilization framework, analyzing multiple dimensions including ecological conservation, cultural heritage preservation, and villagers' needs. It proposes targeted design strategies such as optimizing ecological spaces, creating
vernacular landscapes, and developing green infrastructure. The study aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for building
ecologically livable and distinctive green villages, thereby contributing to the implementation of rural revitalization strategies.
