Abstract

The construction of "double-qualified" teacher teams is the core support for vocational undergraduate education to realize the integration of "vocational nature" and "undergraduate nature", and directly determines the quality of high-level technical and skilled talents training. At present, the construction of "double-qualified" teacher teams in vocational undergraduate colleges is faced with bottlenecks such as unbalanced structure, unsound training system, backward evaluation and incentive mechanisms, and insufficient school-enterprise cooperation.
Therefore, it is necessary to solve the problems by optimizing the team structure, building a systematic training system, innovating the evaluation and incentive mechanism, and deepening school-enterprise cooperation, so as to provide teacher support for the high-quality development
of vocational undergraduate education.
