Practical Exploration of Industry-Education Integration in the Practice Teaching Model of Virtual-Real Combination for Pharmacy in Application-Oriented Universities
Abstract
The rapid development of the biopharmaceutical industry has brought new requirements for the cultivation of pharmaceutical
professionals in application-oriented universities. There is an urgent need to establish a technical talent cultivation system that emphasizes
both theory and practice. For the shortage of traditional practice teaching resources, poor correlation with industry, weak practical ability of students, etc., this study presents a practice teaching reform scheme of "virtual-real combination + industry-education integration".
This scheme relies on the advantages of virtual simulation laboratories and real training bases, plans practice courses according to industry
demand, forms a "double-position" teaching team composed of experts from both inside and outside the school, and improves a multidimension assessment system.
