Li Li, Manman Li, Yaqi Nie

Abstract

Driven by the connotative development of higher education and the digital transformation of industries, as the core carrier for cultivating application-oriented management talents, the scientific nature and compatibility of the curriculum system of the Business Administration directly determine the quality of talent cultivation. There are problems, such as ambiguous objective positioning, divorce between course
content and industry needs, and weak practice teaching in traditional curriculum system of business administration, which are difficult for it to
meet the needs of enterprises for management talents with systematic thinking, innovation ability, and practical ability. The Outcome-Based
Education (OBE) takes "students' learning outcomes" as its core, provides effective approaches to address the mismatch between the cultivation of business administration professionals and market demand by designing the curriculum system in a reverse way, dynamically adjusting
teaching content, and reinforcing process assessment.
