Abstract
explores its importance in teaching, scientific research, student guidance and social services, and analyzes the internal and external factors that
affect teachers' professional ethics. It emphasizes the multiple roles of professional ethics cultivation in students' growth, academic atmosphere, educational equity and social progress. Finally, it puts forward effective approaches to enhance teachers' professional ethics cultivation,
such as strengthening professional ethics education, improving system construction and incentive mechanisms, so as to provide suggestions
for building an efficient and harmonious higher education ecosystem.
