Building Psychological Resilience and Humanistic Care: The Critical Role of Counselors in Preparing Nursing Students for Emotional Challenges in Clinical Practice
Abstract
nursing students facing clinical emotional challenges. Implementing a 4C Framework (Comprehension, Coping, Connection, Commitment)
grounded in positive psychology and socialist core values, 152 undergraduates participated in integrated activities including pre-practicum
workshops, guided reflective journals, and ethical role-playing. Quantitative results showed a 25.3% increase in resilience (p < 0.01) and
a 19.7% improvement in humanistic care attitudes (p < 0.05), as measured by standardized scales. The research confirms ideological and
political counselors as essential catalysts in converting clinical adversity into value-driven practice, providing a transferable blueprint for
nursing education.
