Synergistic Pathways for Digital Talent Cultivation and Efficiency Enhancement in Enterprise Administration from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration
Abstract
enhance operation efficiency and implement strategies. At present, there is a widespread problem of "mismatch between supply and demand"
for administrative digital talents in enterprises. Colleges and universities focus more on theory teaching in talent cultivation, which is divorced
from the actual demand of enterprises. Lack of systematicity in internal training within enterprises and the lagging update of digital skills have
led to the slow progress of administrative digital transformation and insignificant enhancement in efficiency. As a key model to break down
the barriers between talent cultivation and industrial demand, industry- education integration can achieve a deep coupling of talent cultivation
and enterprise administrative efficiency enhancement through the collaboration among multiple parties such as universities, enterprises and
the government. This paper aims to study the synergetic mechanism of digital talent cultivation and efficiency enhancement in enterprise administration from the perspective of industry-education integration, analyze the key factors restricting the synergetic development of the two,
and proposes closed-loop synergetic pathways of "talent cultivation - ability output - efficiency enhancement - demand feedback" to provide
talent guarantee for the digital transformation of enterprise administration, and provide reference for the reform of administration management
majors in colleges and universities and the optimization of government policies on the integration of industry and education at the same time.
