Yexin Zhang, Qiuping Hou

Abstract

In the new era, the development of the internet has been remarkably rapid and dynamic. According to the 55th Statistical Report on
China's Internet Development released by the China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), by 2024, China's internet user base had
reached 1.108 billion, with the internet penetration rate soaring to 78.6%. Behind this staggering figure lies the profound integration of the
internet into Chinese society. Today, cutting-edge digital technologies such as 5G, big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence are
reshaping societal operations across all dimensions. The curtain has risen on the era of intelligent media, where smart network terminals have
evolved beyond mere information distribution and reception into dynamic entities that integrate human-machine interaction, collaboration,
and even companionship functions, deeply embedded in every aspect of people's production, daily life, information dissemination, and social
interactions.
