Exploration on the Construction of "School-Community-Enterprise" Practical Teaching Community in Applied Undergraduate Universities -- Taking the Major of Elderly Care Service and Management as an Example

Abstract


With the acceleration of China's population aging process, the demand for professional talents in the elderly care service industry
is increasingly urgent. However, the current education of elderly care service and management major has problems such as weak practical
teaching, imperfect school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, and disconnection between talent training and industry needs. Taking the
major of elderly care service and management as the research object, this paper explores the construction of the school-community-enterprise practical teaching community" model based on the "school-society-student" ternary interaction theory. By analyzing the policy basis
and practical needs of elderly care service talent training under the background of aging, this paper systematically expounds the theoretical
connotation and practical path of this model, including the reconstruction of talent training orientation, the construction of industry-education integration system, the innovation of collaborative education mechanism, and puts forward specific research methods and expected
results. The research aims to provide a paradigm reference for the reform of practical teaching in the major of elderly care service and
management, promote the organic connection of education chain, talent chain and industrial chain, and help the high-quality development
of elderly care service industry.
