Xiaoqiong Tong

Abstract

Against the backdrop of the promotion of the "14th Five-Year Plan for Accounting Reform and Development" by the Ministry of
Finance and the extensive use of intellectual technology, traditional teaching for accounting and financial management training is facing the
dilemma of divorce with the needs of enterprises. This paper proposes a reform framework of "platform support-content reconstruction-model
innovation-assessment guarantee" in response to the problems such as inadequate integration of technology, distorted scenarios, and monolithic assessment systems in training teaching in line with the requirements of the "Guidelines for Information Technology Teaching in Compulsory Education", and demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the reform pathways by building a human-machine collaborative training platform, designing a three-dimensional content system of "tools-scenarios-ecosystems", implementing a project-driven Teaching model
and a multi-subject intelligent assessment mechanism, and combining practice cases from Xi' an Eurasia University, Lanzhou Technology and
Business College, etc., to provide practical reference for cultivating compound financial talents that "understand business, master tools, and
are good at analysis".
