Research on the Path of Balanced Development and Quality Improvement of Educational Resources in Zuojiang and Youjiang Areas from the Perspective of New Productivity

Abstract


This paper examines the challenges of educational resource balance and quality enhancement in the Zuojiang-Jiangxi region within
the context of new-quality productivity development. By applying the equity theory of educational human capital accumulation, it analyzes
practical issues such as imbalanced resource allocation, delayed digital transformation, and talent cultivation-industry disconnect. The study
explores improvement pathways through four dimensions: resource optimization, digital technology empowerment, innovative talent development, and policy support. The findings aim to provide practical references for revolutionary old areas to empower new-quality productivity
development through education.
