AI Empowerment in University Academic Affairs Management: Quantitative Analysis and Reduction Countermeasures

Jie Zhang

Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into university academic affairs management has revolutionized administrative processes, improving operational efficiency, reducing administrative burdens, and enhancing service quality. This paper explores the adoption of AI
in academic affairs management, focusing on its potential to optimize key processes such as course scheduling, grade recording, and academic
advising. By presenting a quantitative analysis, the paper illustrates the measurable benefits of AI, including workload reduction, time savings, and error minimization. It also discusses the challenges involved in integrating AI, offering strategic solutions for universities to ensure
the successful implementation and sustained effectiveness of AI systems. Ultimately, the paper argues that AI not only reduces administrative
costs but also improves the quality of educational services and enhances student satisfaction.
