Analysis of Factors Influencing Employment Anxiety among Private Vocational Undergraduate Students and Countermeasures
Abstract

vocational undergraduates as the research object, deeply analyzes the multiple factors affecting their employment anxiety at the individual,
school, family, and social levels, and proposes comprehensive coping strategies covering enhancing individual professional quality, improving
school employment services, building family support systems, and creating a positive employment environment. The aim is to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for alleviating employment anxiety among private vocational undergraduate students and promoting
their high-quality and full employment.
