This paper explores the potential of music appreciation education in reducing medical burnout. By examining Chopin's musical artistry and
Florence Nightingale's nursing philosophy, we analyze how music facilitates emotional resonance, cognitive regulation, and humanistic care
to help healthcare professionals reignite professional passion, improve psychological states, and ultimately enhance nursing quality.
