Research on the Teaching Methods of Family Theme in Middle School Chinese Textbooks
Abstract
spaces for cultivating emotional literacy. Texts depicting family affection provide excellent materials for emotional education. Taking the Chinese language textbooks compiled under the national curriculum as examples, this paper focuses on the mutual emotions between "elders and
the younger generation." In accordance with the Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standards, and through the analysis of modern
essays such as Back Shadow and A Stroll, as well as classical masterpieces like Notes from the Studio of Ancient Piety, this study develops
a progressive teaching approach of "guided readingimitation writingsituational performance." By engaging students in careful reading
and diverse classroom practices, the study aims to help them experience the enduring concept of familial affection that has been passed down
through generations, enhance their language proficiency, strengthen their thinking ability, cultivate aesthetic appreciation, and deepen their
understanding of China's outstanding traditional cultureultimately fulfilling the fundamental goal of moral education.
