Practical Approach of Labor Education in Application-Oriented Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

Abstract


As a new type of productivity with scientific and technological innovation as the core engine and driving high-quality development, new quality productivity puts forward higher requirements for high-quality technical and skilled talents[1]. As an important position to cultivate high-quality applied talents, application-oriented colleges and universities play a key role in helping the development
of new quality productive forces and the innovation of labor education. However, there are still some problems in the current labor
education in application-oriented universities, such as lagging ideas, imperfect system, weak teachers and insufficient teaching innovation. This paper advocates remolding the value of labor education with the spirit of the times, building an intelligent framework and intelligent ecology, promoting the deep integration of labor education and new quality productivity, and helping to cultivate high-quality
applied talents.
