Abstract


This paper examines the current state of physical training in college basketball, identifies existing challenges, and explores scientifically validated training methodologies through specialized training, strength conditioning, plyometric exercises, and endurance programs. It
proposes optimization strategies to enhance training quality, foster students' comprehensive athletic development, and advance the refinement
of collegiate basketball education systems.
