Abstract


In the new era of accelerated iteration of information technology, digital transformation has become an important engine to promote the high-quality development of education and build an educational power, and profoundly reshape the employment pattern of various
industries[1]. As an important talent group serving economic and social development, the structure and standard of employment ability of applied university students are undergoing profound changes. This paper takes application-oriented universities as the research object, focusing
on the new employment requirements and practical difficulties under the digital background, and puts forward a multi-dimensional path combining curriculum system reconstruction, career guidance optimization and students' independent development, aiming at providing reference
for employment guidance and training of high-quality applied talents in universities.
