Current Situation of Innovation and Practice in Clinical Pharmacology Courses for Medical Postgraduate Students

Ning Huang, Lei Wang, Yanrui Wu, Yu Yun*

Abstract

With the expansion of postgraduate medical education, the lack of innovative - capability cultivation is more evident. Based on
graduate training objectives, the clinical pharmacology curriculum updates content and reforms teaching by integrating research achievements
and industrial technologies. It sets up PBL, CBL, and blended learning models to strengthen education-industry integration, forming a "learning-guidance-practice" closed loop system. Ideological education runs through the curriculum, unifying knowledge transmission and value
guidance. Currently, challenges include uneven resource integration and participation, so inter-university collaboration and faculty incentives
need improvement. In the future, intelligent technologies may upgrade teaching models, supporting high - level medical professional cultivation and providing innovative talent development paths in the new medical context.
