University Accounting Talent Development under the Background of Vocationalization of Undergraduate Education
Abstract
prominent between the conventional university accounting talent cultivation models and the demand of the market for high-quality application-oriented accounting talents. Based on the core connotation of the vocationalization of undergraduate education, this paper analyzes the
new requirements imposed by market on accounting talents in terms of vocational competency, occupational quality and career adaptability
under the background of vocationalization, deeply explores the deep-seated problems in the current university accounting talent development
in terms of the defining of educational objectives, the setting of curriculum systems, the construction of teaching faculty and practice teaching, and proposes the optimization pathways from four dimensions: precisely defining the educational objectives, restructuring the curriculum
systems, building "dual-qualified" teaching faculty, and deepening the reform of practice teaching, aiming to provide theoretical reference and
practical guidance for colleges and universities to develop accounting talents that meet the demand of vocationalization.
