Optimization Plan and Practical Path of Applied Talent Training Curriculum System for Industrial Engineering Major in Colleges and Universities

Yihang Ren

Abstract

This paper addresses the current issues of disconnection between theory and practice, outdated teaching content, and weak practical components in the industrial engineering curriculum system at universities. It proposes optimization solutions from four aspects: teaching
content, teaching methods, practical platforms, and faculty teams, while clarifying corresponding practical pathways. The aim is to enhance
students' comprehensive application and innovation capabilities, thereby providing talent support for the transformation and upgrading of the
manufacturing industry.
