Research on the Application of Virtual Reality (VR) Technology in the Teaching of Physical Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract


Currently, there are problems in the teaching of sports injury prevention and rehabilitation in higher vocational colleges, such as
abstract theories that are difficult to understand, high risks in practical training, and the lack of personalized guidance. This study introduces
virtual reality (VR) technology to explore its application paths in injury dynamic simulation, safety practical training, personalized plan customization, and teaching interaction optimization, as well as its role in enhancing students' injury response capabilities and teaching efficiency,
providing a new technical empowerment solution for the reform of physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges.
