Research on the Application Effect of Fun Sports in Public Physical Education Teaching in Colleges and Universities
Abstract
for research. Through analysis, it is found that fun sports have significant value in physical education teaching in colleges and universities.
It breaks the dullness of traditional physical education teaching, enhancing students' interest and participation in sports with unique fun and
entertainment, and transforming students from passive participation to active engagement. In promoting the physical and mental health development of students, fun sports comprehensively exercise students' physical functions and at the same time become an invisible shield for
maintaining students' mental health. From the perspective of teaching content and form, the introduction of emerging interesting projects and
the innovation of teaching activity design in fun sports have greatly enriched physical education teaching and provided new ideas and effective approaches for the reform of public physical education teaching in colleges and universities.
