Synergetic Development Mechanisms for Management Innovation and Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Industrial and Commercial Enterprises During the Process of Digitalization

Abstract


The digital wave has driven industrial and commercial enterprises into the deep end of transformation. It has become difficult
for the isolated development of management innovation and innovation and entrepreneurship to meet the demand of market competition.
The synergy of the two has become the core pathway for enterprises to break through the bottleneck in growth. Based on the restructuring effect of digitalization on enterprise development, this paper analyzes the intrinsic connection between management innovation and
innovation and entrepreneurship, points out the problems such as goal deviations, resource conflict and deficiency in mechanism in the
synergetic development of the two, and proposes specific strategies for building an efficient synergetic development mechanisms from four
dimensions: value consensus construction, resource integration and allocation, process integration design and safeguard system refinement,
providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for industrial and commercial enterprises to achieve high-quality development in the
process of digitalization.
