Classroom Teaching Design for Basic Stretching Movements in Aerobics
Abstract
namely "interest-oriented", "skill mastery" and "health and practical". Each plan is developed around teaching objectives, teaching content,
teaching process and teaching evaluation, aiming to help students master the basic stretching movements of aerobics through diversified design, improve body flexibility and coordination, and at the same time take into account interest cultivation, skill improvement and health application, providing practical and feasible references for aerobics classroom teaching.
