Constructing and Practicing a Collaborative "Family SchoolSocietyEnterprise" Educational Mechanism in Secondary Vocational Schools from the Perspective of Holistic Education

Bing Lv

Abstract

Under the emerging paradigm of holistic education, the cultivation of secondary vocational students increasingly requires synergistic support from families, schools, society, and enterprises. However, collaboration among these four parties often suffers from weak coordination, fragmented responsibilities, and ineffective implementation mechanisms. This study aims to construct a collaborative "familyschool
societyenterprise" educational mechanism for secondary vocational schools within the framework of holistic education, and to explore its
practical application. Drawing on theories of holistic education, ecological systems, and collaborative governance, this research employs literature analysis, case studies, interviews, and action research to identify the core elements and operational logic of multi-party collaboration.
The study further proposes a mechanism composed of shared goals, clarified roles, communication pathways, coordinated actions, and evaluation systems. Pilot practices in selected secondary vocational schools demonstrate that this mechanism can enhance student developmental
support, improve stakeholder engagement, and strengthen the alignment of vocational education with real-world industry needs.
