Intelligent Matching and Career Empowerment: A Study on the Precise Education Pathway of AI-Driven Work-Study Programs

Yiying Zhang

Abstract

AI is accelerating the transformation of student development in higher education. Work-study programs face low job-matching efficiency and weak links to career development.
??This study proposes an AI-driven system integrating intelligent job matching with career growth. It addresses studentjob misalignment
and the gap between practical experience and employment using a multidimensional matching model and AI recommendation algorithms.
Career support includes job interpretation, personalized planning, dynamic feedback, alumni cases, and metaverse pre-job training. By leveraging
AI, work-study programs can shift from economic support to precision education, enhancing competencies, career clarity, and employability.
