Research on the Improvement of Practical Reflection Ability of Normal Students in Universities with the Help of Artificial Intelligence

Li Wang

Abstract

To explore feasible pathways for enhancing practical reflection skills among university teacher candidates through artificial intelligence (AI) technology, this study systematically reviews existing research on reflective practice in higher education. By integrating AI education theories, we develop an improvement framework that addresses core challenges such as weak reflective awareness and methodological
deficiencies. The framework proposes two key enhancement strategies: AI-powered motivation and AI-enabled methodological empowerment.
Our findings demonstrate that AI can meet the psychological needs of teacher candidates and optimize reflection processes through scientific
tools, providing innovative solutions for cultivating practical reflection abilities. This research enriches both the theoretical and practical
frameworks of digital transformation in teacher education.
