A Study on the Current State and Construction Pathways of the Atmosphere of Respecting Teachers and Valuing Education in Universities of Yunnan Province An Empirical Analysis Based on Dual Perspectives of Teachers and Students in the Omni-Media Era
Abstract
from six different types of universities in Yunnan Province. The findings reveal: (1) 42.73% of students perceive the campus atmosphere
of respecting teachers as not yet strong, with a significant cognitive discrepancy between teachers and students (?=4.32, p<0.05), where
teacher satisfaction is lower than that of students; (2) Classroom disorder, weak rule awareness, and privacy infringement rank as the top
three forms of student misconduct, each exceeding 49%; (3) The phenomenon of disrespect towards teachers stems from the interplay of
a threefold logic: cognitive-behavioral deviations among teachers and students constitute the endogenous driving force, the formalistic
tendencies in school management form the direct impetus, and the amplification effect of online public opinion serves as external catalysis. Accordingly, a four-dimensional optimization pathway of "Cultural InfiltrationImage ReconstructionCollaborative Support
Institutional Guarantee" is proposed, emphasizing the need to fully activate the communication efficacy and data-empowerment function
of omni-media to construct an ecological system for respecting teachers and valuing education that possesses both regional characteristics
and contemporary adaptability.
