A Qualitative Study on the Role Positioning of Open Education Class Advisors under the Background of "Three-All Education"
Abstract
indispensable. Class advisors assume multiple responsibilities, including ideological guidance, education, management, and student services.
Guided by the educational philosophy of "Three-All Education, " this study explores the role positioning of class advisors in open education
in the process of promoting students' holistic development. The findings are expected to provide valuable references for research on the development of class advisor teams in open education. A review of the literature reveals that existing academic research has predominantly focused
on class advisor team development in conventional higher education institutions, while studies targeting open universities remain relatively
scarce. This study aims to offer theoretical support and practical guidance for enhancing the quality of open education and fostering students'
comprehensive development.
