Innovating Talent Cultivation: A "Three-Wholeness Education" Approach to Developing Moral, Intellectual, Physical, Aesthetic, and Labor Skills in One-Stop Student Communities

Abstract


Against the backdrop of the deepening of the "three-wholeness education" reform, the one-stop student community, as an important
educational field in colleges and universities and a key carrier to break the fragmentation of the five educations, its core value lies in the deep
integration of life scenarios and educational scenarios. Based he practical case of the construction of one-stop student communities in colleges
and universities, this paper clarifies the current research status and gaps through literature review, from introducing some core concepts and
research frameworks to systematically analyzing the practical paths of the integration of the five aspects of education in the community, and
then through discussion extracting the innovative mechanisms and existing limitations, ultimately clarifying the internal logic of the integration of one-stop student communities and the five aspects of education, To provide theoretical support and practical reference for the comprehensive cultivation of new era talents capable of shouldering the great responsibility of national rejuvenation in colleges and universities in the new era.
