Na Su

Abstract

Higher education, as an important way for the country to cultivate high-level talents, cannot develop without the guarantee of a legal
system. Starting from the current situation of the higher education legal system, this paper analyzes the deficiencies of China's current higher
education laws and regulations in legislation, implementation and supervision, explores the causes of existing problems, and puts forward
reasonable suggestions for their future development. By drawing on international experience in higher education legislation, this paper aims to
provide theoretical support for the further improvement of China's higher education legal system.
