China's New Journey Towards the Era of 'Artificial Intelligence Education'Insights and Reflections from the 11th National Forum on Empirical Research in Education (2025)

Abstract


In November 2025, the 11th National Forum on Empirical Research in Education convened in Shanghai. This forum featured diverse content and formats, including keynote expert presentations, parallel panel discussions, face-to-face salon sessions with journal editors
and authors, and poster exhibitions of research papers. This paper employs Python data visualisation techniques to analyse the forum's most
compelling sub-forum, 'AI-Driven Paradigm Shift in Educational Research'. It identifies four key research themes and characteristics, offering
multifaceted insights for scholars while providing reference points for China's current and future educational theory, practice development,
and talent cultivation.
