Abstract

With the in-depth advancement of digital rural construction, rural social organizations, as an important force in grassroots governance, are facing new opportunities and challenges in their capacity building. Digital technology, characterized by high efficiency, convenience
and inclusiveness, provides support for rural social organizations to solve problems such as resource shortage and information occlusion.
Based on the core logic of digital empowerment, this paper analyzes the current situation and predicament of rural social organizations' capacity building, explores the transformation path of organizational capacity driven by digital technology, and puts forward corresponding guarantee mechanisms. It aims to provide theoretical reference and practical ideas for improving the service efficiency of rural social organizations
and helping the modernization of rural governance.
