Innovative Strategies for College Student Education Management under the Concept of "Putting People First"

Abstract


In the process of college education management, teachers introducing the educational concept of "people-oriented" can effectively
strengthen humanistic care for students, stimulate their learning initiative and creativity, help improve the level of educational services, and
lead students to establish correct moral norms, promoting their comprehensive development. To this end, the article explores in detail the innovative strategies for college education management under the concept of "people-oriented", such as a deep understanding of the "peopleoriented" concept, continuous improvement of student education management models, and emphasis on strengthening education management
service capabilities, aiming to enhance the innovation effect of college education management and promote the comprehensive development
of students.
