Lin Wang, Zhengjun Zhou

Abstract

Against the backdrop of advancing internationalization strategies in vocational education, collaborative fitness qigong teaching between Chinese and Russian universities has emerged as a vital platform for promoting China's traditional sports culture globally, while also offering practical solutions to alleviate psychological stress among college students. This study employs literature review and logical analysis to
systematically examine the integration of collaborative fitness qigong teaching with student stress reduction in Sino-Russian higher education
institutions. It identifies current challenges including cultural perception gaps, disconnection in teaching frameworks, and inadequate resource
coordination. The research proposes optimization pathways through cultural empathy building, innovative teaching models, collaborative resource integration, and improved support mechanisms. These findings aim to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for enhancing sports cultural exchanges and improving student mental health in the context of vocational education globalization.
