Abstract

dimensions and examines practical dilemmas in current role enactment, including unclear positioning, imbalanced competency structures, and
insufficient coordination. From the perspectives of role reconstruction, capacity enhancement, and mechanism innovation, the study proposes
optimization pathways to provide theoretical support and practical references for the professional development of counselor teams and the effective implementation of the Three-All Education system in higher vocational colleges.
