The Double-Edged Sword Role of the Zeigarnik Effect in Short Video Addiction: An Empirical Study on a Medical University
Abstract
surveyed 468 medical undergraduates via convenience sampling, analyzing 392 valid data with SPSS 26.0. The Zeigarnik Effect is found to
be the core psychological driver of short video addiction, while its positive potential can be converted into teaching support through cognitive
and behavioral guidance, thereby empowering the cultivation of medical undergraduates' digital health literacy.
