Research on the Employment Guidance Path for College Students in Universities from the Perspective of Mental Health Education

Abstract


As the level of higher education in China continues to improve, the coverage rate of higher education has been increasing year by
year. Meanwhile, the competition among social talents has become more intense. In today's society, college students are facing unprecedented
pressure in employment and entrepreneurship. This pressure not only stems from the fierce market competition but also involves multiple
aspects such as personal career planning and psychological adjustment. Therefore, integrating mental health education into the employment
guidance process for college students has become a crucial and indispensable part. This paper aims to conduct an in - depth exploration of the
importance, specific application, and practical measures of mental health education in college students' employment guidance, with the hope
of providing new ideas and methods for the employment guidance work of college students in universities.
