Research on Quality Assurance Mechanism Construction for Nursing Education in Open Education Model

Abstract


The open education model provides new teaching pathways for nursing professional talent cultivation, and the construction of
quality assurance mechanisms has become a key element in ensuring teaching effectiveness. This study analyzes the theoretical foundations of nursing education quality assurance under the open education model, conducts in-depth research on the current status and problems of existing teaching quality assurance mechanisms, and proposes strategies for constructing comprehensive quality assurance mechanisms. Research indicates that establishing diversified evaluation systems, improving faculty development, optimizing curriculum resource
allocation, and strengthening practical teaching management are effective pathways to enhance nursing education quality under the open
education model.
