Innovative Approaches to Educator Development for University Counselors in the Context of Digital Intelligence Empowerment

Abstract


This paper adopts a "digital intelligence empowerment" perspective to address current challenges in counselor work, including
weak data governance, inefficient human-machine collaboration, and prominent ethical risks. It systematically outlines practical pathways for
empowering counselor education through three dimensions: building "digital intelligence + ideological education"platforms, innovating the
"all-round education" model, and advancing the intelligent transformation of counselor work. These approaches provide support for achieving
precision, personalization, and systematization in ideological and political education.
