Theoretical Construction and Practical Exploration of the Integration of Education Mode in Accounting and Finance Majors of Vocational Colleges

Siyang Hu

Abstract

To address the disconnect between theory and practice in accounting-related vocational undergraduate programs and the prominent
disciplinary barriers, this study proposes an industry-aligned integrated education model. By applying dual-system synergy theory and interdisciplinary integration theory, it systematically identifies shortcomings in existing educational approaches and conducts theoretical construction with practical validation. The research establishes a tripartite theoretical framework of "dual-system synergy, interdisciplinary integration,
and competency-oriented education, " while exploring three core implementation pathways: school-enterprise collaborative platforms, digitalenhanced teaching, and dual-qualified faculty development. This model effectively elevates the quality of accounting talent cultivation, aligns
with the vocational undergraduate education orientation of "job-course-competition-certification" integration, and provides a reference for
similar program reforms.
