Practical Implementation of Artificial Intelligence in Managing Teacher Professional Development: Theoretical Framework and Implementation Pathways
Abstract
management of teachers' professional development. It constructs an evaluation framework for teachers' AI technical readiness covering three
dimensions: technology acceptance, teaching demand matching, and skill mastery, and proposes a closed-loop theoretical model for teachers'
professional development featuring "diagnosis-planning-improvement-evaluation". Additionally, the study establishes an AI application effect evaluation index system from three dimensions: teaching effectiveness, teachers' professional development and management efficiency.
The research provides a theoretical framework and implementation paths for the localized application of AI in the management of teachers'
professional development, and holds important theoretical value and practical guiding significance for advancing the digital transformation of
education in Kazakhstan.
