The Reconstruction of the "Neighborhood" and the Life Oriented Transformation of Ideological and Political Education

Hua Deng

Abstract

Driven by digitalization and rapid urbanization, the "neighborhood" as a vital link between individuals and society has gradually
vanished in contemporary life, which is manifested as physical alienation, fragile social connections and detached value identity. Such a social
transformation has posed severe challenges to ideological and political education, resulting in its disconnection from real life, rigid teaching
methods and insufficient practical effectiveness. Collaborative education, which advocates the integration of families, schools, society and cy
berspace, provides a systematic theoretical framework and practical approach to reconstruct social bonds and realize the life-oriented transfor
mation of ideological and political education. Based on the contextual characteristics of the vanishing "neighborhood", explores the internal
logical consistency between collaborative education and life-oriented education, and constructs a multi-dimensional practical path from the
dimensions of subject collaboration, field integration, content integration and mechanism innovation. This research aims to promote ideologi
cal and political education to break away from indoctrination-oriented teaching, integrate into daily life scenarios, and enhance its affinity,
pertinence and practical effect, so as to better fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue and cultivating people in the new era.
