Three Dimensions and Practical Path of Educational Development in the New Era
Abstract
paper systematically explores the threedimensions of education development in the new erapolitical attributes, people-oriented attributes,
and strategic attributes, along with their practical paths. The political attribute is the fundamental direction of education, ensuring the social
ist orientation of school-running and the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talents. The people-oriented attribute is the value
orientation of education, adhering to a people-centered approach and providing education that satisfies the people. The strategic attribute is the
functional positioning of education, supporting and leading the modernization with Chinese characteristics. These three dimensions are dia
lectically unified, collectively forming the core of the theoretical system of education with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Combining
current educational practices, this paper proposes practical paths such as building a high-quality education system, strengthening teacher team
development, and deepening comprehensive education reform, aiming to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for advancing
the construction of an education powerhouse.
