Research on the Informatization Construction of University Personnel Management Under the AI Background
Abstract

and intelligent analysis, the traditional personnel management model is shifting to data-driven, precise service and intelligent decision-mak
ing. Based on domestic university personnel management practices, this paper sorts out the foundation and current situation of informatization
construction, analyzes core problems including insufficient technology integration, weak data systems, backward system functions and lack of
professional talents, and proposes an optimization path of hierarchical promotion and precise empowerment, providing theoretical and practi
cal references for universities to improve management efficiency and promote governance modernization.
