Exploration on Employment-Oriented Teaching for Cultivating High-Quality Applied Talents in Recording Art

Abstract


With the rapid development of the digital cultural industry, the demand for applied and professional talents in recording art has kept
rising in fields such as film and television, variety shows, performances, and new media. Promoting teaching reform under the guidance of
employment is the core approach for applied undergraduate universities to improve the quality of talent cultivation and meet industrial needs
in recording art. Based on the reality of professional talent training, this paper explores the training orientation, curriculum design, practi
cal teaching and evaluation system. It strengthens students practical skills and professional literacy through industry-education integration,
project-driven teaching and dual-tutor guidance, so as to cultivate high-quality applied audio talents adapting to market demands and promote
the coordinated development of professional construction and employment market.
